- Trigger: Select “New Row”.

Configure the Contactswing SMS action 💬
- In Contactswing, select SMS as the response type.
- Enter your Workspace API KEY.
- Add the Webhook URL.
- When a new row is added or modified, Contactswing triggers this action automatically.

Activate your Agentic AI ⚡
- After configuring both the Google Sheets trigger and Contactswing action, activate the flow.
- Each new row added to the Google Sheet will now automatically trigger an SMS via Contactswing.
Example scenario
- A customer fills out a Google Form to request a callback.
