1. Set up your Google Sheets trigger

  • Trigger: New Row
  • Connection: google-sheets
  • Spreadsheet: Select the sheet where you collect content ideas or submissions.
  • Include Team Drive Sheets: Choose whether to include Team Drives.
  • Sheet: Pick the specific sheet to monitor.

2. Configure the Contactswing SMS action 💬

  • In Contactswing, select SMS as the response type.
  • Enter your Workspace API KEY.
  • Add the Webhook URL.
  • When a new row is added or modified, Contactswing triggers this action automatically.

3. Activate your Agentic AI ⚡

  • Activate the flow after you configure both the Google Sheets trigger and Contactswing action.
  • Every new Google Sheet submission now automatically triggers an SMS to the user.
