Follow these steps to create your Shopify action:

1. Select Shopify action

Choose Shopify Action from the available action types to get started. Shopify Action

2. Configure your Shopify action

Fill in the required fields:
  • Name: Enter a name for your action (e.g., “Fetch Shopify Product & Order Details”).
  • Description: Briefly describe your Shopify action (e.g., “Action for fetching product and order information during calls”).
  • Select Action Type: Choose the action type to fetch product details, order status, or order timeline (e.g., “Fetch Product Details”, “Fetch Order Status”, “Fetch Order Timeline”).
  • Ensure Shopify Integration is Active: Make sure your Shopify account is connected through integrations before proceeding.

3. Create the action

After configuring your Shopify action, click Create Action to save your settings. 🎉

Example Shopify action setup

  • Name: Fetch Shopify Product & Order Details
  • Description: Action to fetch product and order information during calls
  • Action Type: Fetch Product Details, Fetch Order Status, Fetch Order Timeline
By following these steps, you enable your AI to search for products, fetch order status, and track order timelines using real-time Shopify data during calls.
