Follow these steps to add customers:

1. Add basic information
Fill in the basic details:
Name
: Customer’s full name
Email
: Customer’s email address
Phone Number
: Customer’s phone number
Address
: Customer’s address
State
: State of residence
City
: City of residence
Zip Code
: Zip code
Website
: Customer’s website (if applicable)

2. Classify the customer
Classify based on:
Type
: Business or Individual
Sub-Type
: Specific category under the type

3. Add status information
Assign a status and sub-status:
Status
: Current status of the customer
Sub-Status
: Additional status detail

4. Add pipeline information
Provide pipeline details:
Lead Source
: Where the lead came from
Lead Status
: Status of the lead
Pipeline Status
: Stage in the pipeline
Pipeline Sub-Status
: Additional pipeline detail

5. Add additional information
Fill in custom fields as needed:
Title
: Customer’s title (if applicable)
BP Status
: Business Partner status
Primary Assignment
: Assigned person for primary contact
Secondary Assignment
: Assigned person for secondary contact
Subscription Status
: Customer’s subscription status
Custom Fields
: Any other specific fields

6. Import customers in bulk
To import customers:
Click
Import Customers
in the customer section.
Drag and drop your CSV file, or click to upload.
Select the fields to map to your rows.
Optionally, specify a prompt to modify or enhance the uploaded CSV data before import.
Click
Import
to complete the process.
