Connect Google Forms to your Agentic AI
- Go to Google Forms and select the form you want to use as a trigger.
- This triggers when a new response is submitted.
- Specify which form fields (e.g., Name, Email, Phone Number) will be used in the action.

Configure the Contactswing action
- In Contactswing, choose SMS Action as the action type.
- Set up your SMS template using dynamic data from the form (e.g., customer name, submission details).
- Example SMS: “Hello [Customer Name], your request has been received. We will get in touch with you shortly. Thank you for your submission!”
- Configure SMS settings:
- Sender Name: Customize the sender name.
- SMS Frequency: Choose instant or delayed sending.

Activate your Agentic AI
- Activate the flow after configuring both the Google Form trigger and Contactswing action.
- Each new Google Form submission will now automatically trigger an SMS to the user.
Example scenario
- A customer fills out a Google Form to request a callback.
- The form submission triggers the Agentic AI.
- Contactswing sends an SMS confirming the request to the customer.
