Set up your Airtable trigger
- Trigger: New or updated Record
- Connection:
Airtable
- Base: Select the base where you’ll be adding or updating records.
- Table: Select the table where you’ll be adding or updating records.
- Trigger Field: Choose the field that will trigger the flow.
- View: Grid view or Gallery view.
- Every time you add or update a record, this trigger will activate the flow.

Configure the Contactswing Call action
- In Contactswing, choose CALL as the response type.
- Enter your Workspace API Key.
- Add the Webhook URL provided by Contactswing.
- Whenever a new or updated record is added in Airtable, Contactswing will automatically place a phone call using the configured details.

Activate your Agentic AI Flow
- Review all trigger and action settings.
- Click Publish to activate the flow.
- Once published, the system will automatically trigger the phone call whenever a new or updated record is added in Airtable.
Example scenario
- A customer’s details are added or updated in your Airtable base.
- This change triggers the Agentic AI flow.
- Contactswing automatically initiates a phone call to the customer with the configured message or agent interaction.
