Go to the Integrations section
Locate and select the Integrations section within your application. This area lets you connect with various external services to enhance your AI Agents’ capabilities. You see a list of integrations available for connection.

Select Zoho Bigin and connect your account
Click the Zoho Bigin integration option to proceed with connecting your Zoho Bigin account. This enables you to use the Zoho Bigin account while creating agents. You need to provide your Zoho Bigin username and password.
- API Key: Enter your Zoho Bigin username and password.

Finalize the integration
