Overview

Set up Zoho Bigin with ContactSwing to run multi-channel campaigns from within your CRM and leverage AI agents.

Go to Integrations section

Locate and select the Integrations section within ContactSwing. This area lets you connect external services to enhance AI Agents’ capabilities.Integrations section

Select Zoho Bigin

Click Zoho Bigin and enter your credentials.
  • Username/Password: Use your Zoho Bigin login details (API authentication).

Finalize connection

Click Connect to complete the integration. ✨

Run Campaigns from Zoho Bigin

Install ContactSwing app from Zoho Marketplace, then execute campaigns directly:

Install ContactSwing app

In Zoho Bigin: SettingsMarketplace → Search ContactSwingInstall.

Run campaigns

  1. Go to Contacts and select contact(s).
  2. Click ContactSwing in the actions menu.
  3. Choose channel: Call, SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.
  4. Select campaign, touchpoint, and assistant.
  5. Fill details and initiate.
Example Flow:
  1. Connect Zoho Bigin in ContactSwing Integrations.
  2. In Zoho Bigin, select contacts → ContactSwing.
  3. Pick pre-built campaign → Execute.
