Follow these steps to add the Aircall integration:

Step 1: Go to the Integrations section

Go to the Integrations section in your application. You’ll find a list of external services. Select Aircall to start the setup process. Integrations

Step 2: Enter your Aircall API credentials

To integrate Aircall, provide these details:
  • API ID: Enter your Aircall API ID from your Aircall dashboard.
  • API Token: Enter your Aircall API Token for authentication.

Step 3: Authorize the integration

Once you enter your Aircall credentials, the system verifies your details. Upon successful authorization, your Aircall account connects, enabling call and voice features in your app.

After you integrate your Aircall account, use it in ContactsWing Actions to automate outbound calls and trigger workflows.

How to use Aircall in actions

  1. Go to the Actions tab in your ContactsWing dashboard.
