Step-by-step guide

Follow these steps to add the Salesforce integration:

Go to the Integrations section

Go to the Integrations section in your ContactSwing application. Here, you’ll find a list of external services available for integration. Select Salesforce to start the setup process.Integrations

Sign in to Salesforce

In the ContactSwing Integrations section, click Sign in to Salesforce. This redirects you to the Salesforce login page.Salesforce login

Enter your Salesforce credentials

On the Salesforce login screen, enter your Salesforce username and password to authorize the integration. Ensure your account has permissions for third-party apps.Salesforce auth

Connected!

Once authenticated, you’ll see a confirmation message that your Salesforce account is now connected to ContactSwing. You can now run campaigns directly from your Salesforce dashboard. 🎉

Navigate to Contacts

Go to Contacts in Salesforce. You can also create new contacts here if needed.

Start Campaign

  1. Select the contact(s) you want to reach.
  2. Click ContactSwing in the contact actions menu.
  3. Choose your action: Call, SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.
  4. Select the campaign, touchpoint, and assistant.
  5. Fill in the required details and initiate the campaign.
Example Flow:
  1. Connect your Salesforce account in ContactSwing › Integrations.
  2. In Salesforce, select contacts and click ContactSwing.
  3. Choose your pre-built campaign from ContactSwing (same account).
  4. Initiate — ContactSwing handles the execution.
