Define campaign details
Click Create Campaign to open the setup form and enter the required details:
- Campaign Name: (e.g., “Holiday Offer SMS Campaign”)
- Business Goal: (e.g., “Increase foot traffic to store”)

Configure touch points
Set up the touchpoints for your campaign:
- Touch Point Name: Name the SMS step.
- Type: Select “SMS” as the mode of communication.
- AI Agent: Choose an AI-powered assistant if applicable.

Set scheduling & execution
Configure the execution settings:
- Schedule Date: Choose when the SMS will be sent.
- Execution Days: Select the active days for sending SMS.
- Time Window: Define the time window for SMS sends (e.g., 9 AM - 6 PM).
- Delay Between SMS: Set time gaps between individual SMS sends to avoid overloading.

Select customers
Choose the customers for your campaign:
- Select Data: Choose from your list of available phone numbers and customer data.
- Select Customers: Filter or choose the customers you want to target.

Configure SMS content
Set up the content for your SMS campaign:
- SMS Content: Write the message that will be sent to the customers.
- Character Limit: Ensure the SMS content stays within the 160 character limit.

Finalize & launch campaign
Review your settings and finalize the campaign:
- Preview SMS: Review a sample SMS to ensure accuracy.
- Submit Campaign: Click Create to launch your SMS campaign.

📌 Note for logs
- You can assign logs to an agent if you want the agent to handle conversations or manage the campaigns.
Managing SMS campaigns
- Initiated Campaigns: Active campaigns with ongoing SMS sends.
- Deleting a Campaign: Click Delete next to a campaign name to remove it.
