# Google Tasks Agentic AI

Learn how to integrate Google Tasks with ContactSwing's email and SMS capabilities. This guide shows you how to automate task-based communications.

## Step-by-step guide

  <Step title="Set up your Google Tasks trigger">
    * Go to the **Trigger** section.
    * Select **Google Tasks** as the app.
    * Select **New Task** as the trigger event.
    * Select your **Task List** where tasks are created.

  <Step title="Configure the Email action">
    * Add the recipient's email address.
    * Enter your subject line.
    * Choose your body type (plain text or HTML).
    * Enter the body content for your email.

  <Step title="Configure the Contactswing SMS action">
    * In Contactswing, select **SMS** as the response type.
    * Copy your Workspace API KEY.
    * Paste the API KEY into the relevant field in the action settings.
    * Copy the Webhook URL provided by Contactswing.
    * Paste the Webhook URL into the relevant field in the action settings.

  <Step title="Activate your Agentic AI">
    * Activate the flow after you configure both the Google Tasks trigger and Contactswing actions.
    * Every new Google Task submission now automatically sends an email and triggers an SMS to the user.
