# Airtable Agentic AI

Learn how to integrate Airtable with ContactSwing's phone capabilities. This guide shows you how to automate database-triggered communications.

## Step-by-step guide

<Steps>
  <Step title="Set up your Airtable trigger">
    * **Trigger:** New or updated Record
    * **Connection:** `Airtable`
    * **Base:** Select the base where you’ll be adding or updating records.
    * **Table:** Select the table where you’ll be adding or updating records.
    * **Trigger Field:** Choose the field that will trigger the flow.
    * **View:** Grid view or Gallery view.
    * Every time you add or update a record, this trigger will activate the flow.

  <Step title="Configure the Contactswing Call action">
    * In Contactswing, choose **CALL** as the response type.
    * Enter your **Workspace API Key**.
    * Add the **Webhook URL** provided by Contactswing.
    * Whenever a new or updated record is added in Airtable, Contactswing will automatically place a phone call using the configured details.

  <Step title="Activate your Agentic AI Flow">
    * Review all trigger and action settings.
    * Click **Publish** to activate the flow.
    * Once published, the system will automatically trigger the phone call whenever a new or updated record is added in Airtable.
