# Zoho Bigin Integration

> Connect Zoho Bigin with ContactSwing to run AI-powered calls, SMS, and emails directly from Bigin.

## Overview

Set up Zoho Bigin with ContactSwing to run multi-channel campaigns from within your CRM and leverage AI agents.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Go to Integrations section">
    Locate and select the **Integrations** section within ContactSwing. This area lets you connect external services to enhance AI Agents' capabilities.

  <Step title="Select Zoho Bigin">
    Click **Zoho Bigin** and enter your credentials.

    * **Username/Password**: Use your Zoho Bigin login details (API authentication).

## Run Campaigns from Zoho Bigin

Install ContactSwing app from Zoho Marketplace, then execute campaigns directly:

<Steps>
  <Step title="Install ContactSwing app">
    In Zoho Bigin: **Settings** → **Marketplace** → Search **ContactSwing** → **Install**.

  <Step title="Run campaigns">
    1. Go to **Contacts** and select contact(s).
    2. Click **ContactSwing** in the actions menu.
    3. Choose channel: **Call**, **SMS**, **Email**, or **WhatsApp**.
    4. Select **campaign**, **touchpoint**, and **assistant**.
    5. Fill details and **initiate**.

**Example Flow:**

1. Connect Zoho Bigin in ContactSwing **Integrations**.
2. In Zoho Bigin, select contacts → **ContactSwing**.
3. Pick pre-built campaign → Execute.
