# Aircall Integration

# Step-by-step guide

Follow these steps to add the Aircall integration:

    Go to the **Integrations** section in your application. You'll find a list of external services. Select **Aircall** to start the setup process.

    To integrate Aircall, provide these details:

    * **API ID**: Enter your Aircall API ID from your Aircall dashboard.

### How to use Aircall in actions

1. Go to the **Actions** tab in your ContactsWing dashboard.
2. Choose **Aircall Call** as the action type.
3. Configure:
   * The phone number to call.
   * The trigger (e.g., form submission, bot step, etc.).
   * (Optional) Attach an AI assistant to the call.
