# Call Transfer Action

## Step-by-step guide

Follow these steps to create your call transfer action:

### 1. Select call transfer action

Choose **Call Transfer Action** from the available action types to get started.

### 2. Configure your call transfer action

Click **Create New Call Transfer Action** and fill in the required fields:

* **Name**: Enter a name for your action (e.g., "My Call Transfer Action").
* **Description**: Briefly describe your action (e.g., "Action for transferring calls to a specific number").
* **To**: Input the phone number to transfer the call to (e.g., "+1-234-567-8900").

After filling in all fields, click **Create Action** to save your call transfer action. 🎉
